FAQs
When is the right time to start the undergraduate admissions process?
Ideally, the earlier the better. We recommend reaching out in Grade 11 — this gives us enough time to assess your profile, identify any gaps, and build a strong application without rushing. That said, we also work with Grade 12 students and gap year applicants, and will always tell you honestly what is achievable given your timeline.
Which countries and universities do you advise for undergraduate admissions?
We advise across 10+ countries — including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, and multiple countries across Europe. Our recommendations are always based on what is right for your profile, your interests, and your financial parameters — not on any geographic or institutional preference.
Do you help with standardised tests like the SAT, ACT, IELTS, or TOEFL?
We do not provide test preparation ourselves, but we guide you on which tests are required for your target universities, what scores are competitive, and when you should ideally be taking them. We also factor your test scores into your overall profile assessment.
How involved will my parents be in the process?
As involved as you and they would like to be. We treat parents as partners — they are welcome at consultations, kept informed at every stage, and are always able to reach us with questions. Many of the families we work with find that being closely involved gives them far greater confidence throughout the process.
Do you write the Personal Statement or essays for the student?
No — and this matters. We guide, shape, and rigorously edit, but the writing is always the student’s own. Admissions committees can tell the difference, and the most compelling applications are those that sound genuinely like the person who wrote them. Our job is to help you find and express your story — not to replace it with ours.
What if my grades are not strong enough for my target universities?
This is exactly the kind of question our profile assessment is designed to answer honestly. Grades are important, but they are not the only thing universities consider — especially at the undergraduate level. We will give you a clear picture of where your profile stands, which universities are genuinely within reach, and what, if anything, can be done to strengthen your candidacy.
Do you guarantee admission to a specific university?
No — and we would encourage you to be cautious of any consultancy that does. University admissions decisions are made by admissions committees, not by consultants. What we do guarantee is our complete, expert effort on your behalf, and a process that gives you the strongest possible application.
